What do you do and how do you cope when you realise that you have been a victim of an elaborate investment scam?

This is an investigatory documentary of how an Australian man named Keith Jones, who found out he was the victim of said scam, traced down his scammers to find justice.

A made-up investment company had cheated money out of him for months under the guise of being seemingly benign investments. After some oddities, Keith started to pick up on some red flags. Some investments became almost too good to be true.

As he called some of the companies involved in the actual investments he realised none of it was true. Keith had been scammed.

Refusing to bite the bullet as a victim, Keith created video logs and recorded any of the phone calls to find out who they really were.

Putting the clues together, he traced the scammers back to Thailand. Here he took it upon himself to go pay them a visit.

As Keith’s investigatory documentary unfolds, we get a glimpse of how certains parts of Thailand’s society works. We’ll witness how the Royal Thai police’ disinterest in the case becomes close to inept, how a visit to HSBC in Hong Kong shows how easy it is for the scammers to open bank accounts and so much more.

Update

Since creating the documentary, Keith Jones has received a lot of questions regarding an update to the scam and his life after the film.

According to Keith himself, this update will be given at one point in early 2019. He states:
