Flat Earth Rising

Flat Earth Rising is a short documentary visiting people who’s apart of the Flat Earth Society.

According to the Flat Earth Society, our world is a flat disk and any curvature to our Earth is a fallacy.

Although not entirely a new phenomenon, the flat Earth theory has enjoyed a huge resurgence recently.

A YouGov poll (2018) indicated that a third of Americans aged 18 to 24 were unsure of the shape of our planet, despite thousands of scientific evidence and images showing Earth as a round globe.

Why has this happened now, and what does it tell us about society today?
