Our Planet: Jungles

Netflix’s free documentary series Our Planet sets out to film the natural beauty of our planet while examining how climate change is impacting all its living creatures.

Narrated by David Attenborough, Our Planet: Jungles explores our world’s jungles and rainforests.

Jungles and rainforests are natural habitations for an incredible variety of species like preening birds, intelligent orangutans and remarkably ambitious ants.

The film seeks to portray these lifeforms and many others to see what jungle life is all about. To understand their way of living, Attenborough explains the survival process of each species.

The documentary also takes a look at the human encroachment towards wildlife habitations and the devestations we’ve wrought on the jungles around the world.

By showing us how the jungle bleeds daily from humanities constant pursuit of greed, Our Planet: Jungles might give us an incentive to be mindful of our environments for those of us who consume.
