Boot Camp: Making a Sailor

Experience the rigorous training in a U.S. Navy boot camp as the institution opens up their doors to new recruits.

In Boot Camp: Making a Sailor we’ll follow four of these recruits as they make their way from their hometowns through recruit training in Great Lakes, Ill.

Produced by All Hands Magazine, a magazine of the U.S. Navy, the documentary hopes to show what becoming a U.S. Navy sailor is really like.

As the training begins, the instructors begins shaping the new recruits to becoming a better and more disciplined version of themselves.

This hard and stressful training results in fewer recruits making it to the end, but those who do are crowned as some of the very best and fit for service in the U.S. Navy.
